1. Booking: All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation from us, accompanied, where applicable, by partial or full payment in accordance with the agreed terms.
2. Payment terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in the booking being cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy described below.
3. Cancellation policy: Free cancellation:Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation made between 14 and 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
No-show: In the event of a no-show, no refund will be made and 100% of the total amount of the booking will be due.
4. Booking changes: All change requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any changes if conditions do not allow it.
