1. Booking:
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation from us, accompanied, where applicable, by partial or full payment in accordance with the agreed terms.
2. Payment terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in the booking being cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy described below.
3. Cancellation policy Free cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation made between 14 and 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
No-show:
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be made and 100% of the total amount of the booking will be due.
4. Booking changes:
All change requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any changes if conditions do not allow it.
